SHIPPING POLICY


At Tundra River Boutique, we believe you deserve to know exactly when your order will arrive and how it gets to you. We're committed to honest, transparent shipping — no surprises.


How Our Orders Are Fulfilled

All Tundra River Boutique products are made to order by a professional third-party print-on-demand fulfillment partner. This means your item is printed fresh specifically for you after your order is placed. We do not stock pre-made inventory.


Production Time

Please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be printed and prepared before it ships. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order leaves the fulfillment facility.


Estimated Delivery Times

After production is complete, please allow the following shipping times:

  • Standard Shipping (US): 5–10 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (US): 3–5 business days

  • Total Estimated Delivery (Standard): 7–15 business days from order date

  • Total Estimated Delivery (Expedited): 5–10 business days from order date

These are estimates. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or peak season volumes.


Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all US orders over $75. Discount is applied automatically at checkout.


Shipping Carriers

Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Carrier selection is made by our fulfillment partner to ensure the best delivery route.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier's website. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.


Alaska & Hawaii Orders

We proudly ship to Alaska and Hawaii at standard rates. Please allow an additional 2–3 business days beyond the standard delivery estimate for orders shipped to AK or HI.


PO Boxes

Standard shipping is available to PO Boxes. Expedited shipping may not be available for PO Box addresses.


International Shipping

We currently ship to the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.


Shipping Delays

Once your order has been handed off to the carrier, shipping times are outside our direct control. Delays caused by weather, carrier disruptions, or peak holiday volume may affect your delivery estimate. If your tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days after shipment, please contact us.
