Orders & Shipping
How long does it take to process my order?
Most orders are processed within 2–5 business days before shipping. During peak seasons, processing may take a little longer.
How long will shipping take?
Standard shipping within the US typically takes 5–10 business days after processing. Expedited options may be available at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we primarily ship within the United States. Please contact us at hello@tundrariverboutique.com for international inquiries.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items in their original condition with tags attached. Items that have been worn, washed, damaged, or altered are not eligible for return.
How do I start a return or exchange?
Email us at hello@tundrariverboutique.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and a return shipping address.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error with your order. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
How will I receive my refund?
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
Are there any exceptions?
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged: items marked as final sale, gift cards, and items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery. We also cannot accept returns initiated after 30 days of the delivery date.
What if my item arrived damaged or incorrect?
If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, please email us at hello@tundrariverboutique.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will cover return shipping and send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

How are your products made?
We are a small Alaskan brand. Our products are produced on‑demand through Printify partners and shipped directly to customers. Learn more on our How Our Products Are Made page.
What sizes do you carry?
We carry a wide range of sizes. Please refer to our Size Guide for detailed measurements before ordering.
Will my colors look exactly like the photos?
We do our best to represent colors accurately, but slight variations may occur due to monitor settings and print production.
